Pros

Analysts can be very nice and flexible and interested in development of their associates. Some act as very good mentors. Some sectors have much more reasonable hours than others.

Cons

Some analysts are not good managers and are poor mentors. Some sectors (Real Estate, Mining) work much longer hours than those covering other sectors.
