Pros

Great training and development. Well developed systems for onboarding and integration into a portfolio. Company competes well in most markets which makes the job a bit easier.

Cons

Demand for account managers is greatest in the higher growth areas of the lower mainland (Surrey, coquitlam, etc) which may not be ideal.

stable job as long as you keep your head down and do not ruffle feathers.

Cons

Too structured in pigeon holes. You will not go anywhere if you do not know someone. basic jobs; pays bills barely.
