Many opportunities to advance, great benefits. Consistent coaching routines, with many social committees to encourage teamwork.

Cons

Many of the high-level positions are only located in Toronto. Compensation is average, with other Financial Institutions being more competitive. Staffing can be kept lean at times.

Rewarding place to work. Room for advancement. Job can be rewarding as each day brings new challenges.when I'm able to provide a solution to help our customer it gives me a feeling of accomplishment.

Cons

Salary on low side. Role can be somewhat challenging when trying to manage others. Work life balance not always the priority.
