Pros

Good place to work, highly skilled people, ability to learn and opportunities for advancement within the company. Good employee recognition and reward program.

Cons

There can be a lot of pressure, particularly on large scale initiatives. More life/work balance is needed. Flexible work arrangements can sometimes mean you end up putting in more time without getting paid for it. Outside contractors often get paid more. Egos can be big in project teams.
