Pros

The company has a clear vision and goals which are built on a foundation of excellent service and providing good financial advice to clients.

Cons

It seems that the bank asks more and more every year but gives less and less. RBC bonus compensation is a joke and people who are doing great work often get undercut while others who know how to work the taking system get larger bonuses. There is also a great realm of misdirection from lower management who are more concerned with HR problems than driving business.

Pros

supportive staff, everyone helps each other, positive atmosphere, feel appreciated by management, very flexible and accommodating, targets based on solutions and not certain products which means credit isn't pushed onto clients who maybe shouldn't have credit. Putting clients first.

Cons

extended hours may not be needed in all branches since some are busier than others.
