Pros

RBC was one of the best companies I had the pleasure to work for. Great team spirit, lots of group activities. You will have to keep in mind that this job requires you to do a lot of sales. But you do get a LOT of help from your team mates and superiors in achieving your goals. If you need help/coaching, just ask for it ;)

Cons

Be prepared to deal with a lot of stress as this work is set in a call center environment.
