High Quality training is provided and available. Flexible and various employee benefits. Very supportive and knowledgable management. Stable and gentle clientele.

Cons

So far I have no issue or downside for this company with my role. But, I heard that it could be a challenge to find a right career in this company.

Pros

The company stands behind their values and is generally supportive of its employee's growth. As was the case in my department, many employees had been with the bank for over 30 years. Recognition is good if you work in a client facing role.

Cons

It's harder to quantify achievements if you work in a support/operational role, so I feel a lot of employees get left out. Pretty conservative environment, culture. Room for growth is limited in certain operational roles unless you are willing to relocate.
