Pros

Respect for personal values, Good Corporate Citizen. Lots of opportunities.Open door policy.

Cons

Wage not as competitive. Takes time to grow. Few managers take on personal responsibility even though they are the cause of poor performance, quarterly reviews are nice and fluffy but when comes to year end pay of bonuses and salary review which is very small anyways, there comes out numerous issues for not being paid. Slow to implement changes.

Pros

Chill hours. Relaxed environment. No stress. Other than that, there's nothing much about RBC.

Cons

Really boring work and no value add.
