Pros

A ton of movement/promotion potential. Friendly and welcoming at all levels. They do try hard to make RBC a company you're proud to be a part of.

Cons

Sometimes changes seem to have zero purpose. At the branch level, they have a select few flagship locations that are modern and attractive but the vast majority of branches are desperately in need of renovating to improve not only the appeal for clients but also functionality and security for staff.

Pros

Good people, good systems, the best clients. Largest bank means the most jobs available.

Cons

Flat organization, hard to be promoted. Most higher management became VPs because they moved a lot, not because of skill level.
