Client focused employer

Pros

The company is very client focused. The min. sales targets are not terribly difficult to achieve and the benefits (profit sharing & pension) make it worth while. You don't have to take work home with you.

Cons

Training is minimal. Some management is not suited for management. Most managers are micro managers. They create tools that let the computer make decisions, not the person. The don't seem to put much emphasis on education.
