Pros

+ Good, clever and nice people + Collaborative environment + Good culture - promote charitable relationships, run many employee wellbeing inititiatives. + Office is a great location + One of the largest banks in the world - consistenly strong performer in recent years

Cons

+ Consisent focus on reducing costs; redundancies, offshoring roles to cheaper cost locations. Never felt like you had real job security. + Other rival organisations pay better. + Limited career opportunities for progression, being a satellite office for the business
