Pros
The GM is REALLY at his job, most GM's don't carry themselves the way he does. The business is ran very strategically, which goes along way for a dealership. They try to hire within much as possible
Cons
No options for Flex-days (had to use PTO if kid gets sick) Tenure doesn't mean much there... which is disappointing
