Pros

You get a paid week off during winter break. Build an attachment with the students. Some coworkers are cool.

Cons

Pay could be better. No overtime. Say they run things by seniority but they really don’t.

Pros

There are many professional development opportunities at RCMA, including resources for scholarships, RCMA bonuses, promotions, etc. Also, benefits are RCMA are great for employees.

Cons

Since the company is a non-profit organization, the rate of pay is lower. Also, the external threats are always a concern. Depending on government, we may/may not get federal funds on any given year.
