Pros

- Fast growing company gives you lots of opportunities to shine if you're a doer - Light hearted environment, great physical space (at least in the head office) - Pretty much everyone is polite and willing to help you - Inspiring leaderships (excluding the CEO)

Cons

- Salary could be better - Sometimes your voice is automatically put on mute if you're not "part of the gang", or an old employee - Branch offices are not on par with head office in many aspects - CEO is a hard to reach person a little out of touch with tech

Opportunities to learn a lot in marketing and business. Great employees onboarding. Autonomy to propose ideas. Incredible people to work with. Possibility to be frequently in touch with the Leaders. Flexibility to rethink and improve current process. Culture Code.

Cons

As the company grows very fast people management is demanding more attention. It needs to improve priorization strategy and transparency considering company areas.

Pros

Plenty of room to create, high growth, very above average team

Cons

The company lacks transparency, mainly because the directors don't act as they truly trust their managers. Also, managers and team leaders are given too much responsability with not that much resources. It's not common to hear from a director "i failed with you", and they fail quite often.
