I did 22 months in this company, what i observe in this company is ' they wont give good incentive structure & good salary, " i did so many placements with this company, they wont give hike for me until one year, they gave prefer always less work strategy peoples....
They have a very strong immigration team that really helped me when my old employer screwed me up. My H1-B was revoked and they helped me out by putting me in a project within a week and also filing for my H1_b.
They pay on time and also help out in every way they can.
