Pros
I have been apart of RDI for 5 years come Dec. and since the start, this company has made me feel like I am important. They treat there employees like family not just an employee that can help make the company money. They are straight forward an if your open and honest they give the same back.
Cons
working from home can get lonely sometimes and make you miss seeing your work family but we do have great other ways still to communicate with our co-workers
