Pros
This company is one of the most interesting places I have worked for (and currently work for!). The culture here is different from other call centers. So many people are willing to help you develop and grow into something better. The culture uses ELLWell to truly change how the job is. The job is changed from being something mundane and simple, to an environment that will encourage you to challenge and push yourself. There are so many people that are willing to help develop you into someone better. RDI only wants to help you become the best, so long as you are willing to put forth the effort.
Cons
Sometimes you can tell that management is over stressed and over worked. A lot of the same people that look to help you are the ones that end up working more hours, and getting more stressed.
