We provide a top of the line Fitness Center that provides free equipment and a personal trainer to our employees AND their families. We also have a relaxed EllWell lounge at all of our sites that includes a gaming center, ping pong tables and more!

Great team, especially management. Relaxing work environment. Work from Home available. Flexible in various ways. Company is sensitive to employee needs.

Cons

More transparency is needed on shifts in the company taking place behind the scenes. This is really the only con I can think of. It's a great company.
