Hello and thank you for your feedback. RDI utilizes a point system that can be very lenient to all employees because we get it, life happens. Employees can accumulate up to 7 point in one month before a suspension is issued and 10 point before termination. Employees also have the option on most programs to remove points by working additional hours or participating in our charitable events (i.e. bring in 10 non-perishable canned goods=1 point removed). RDI serves many different clients and because of this, we have employees with vastly different schedules. If there is a request for a schedule change, we try our best to accommodate with what we have available at hand. We appreciate your honesty and we look forward to your continuous growth here at RDI!
