people/leadership/LOVE my job! never would have thought i would love a call center.

Cons

money, i wish i made more money.....but thats the only con i can think of.

The chance to work from home, as well as promote

Being at a newer branch it seems the flow of communication isn't very well established

Paid every other week Staff is attentive and help each other out work as a team

Cons

for some people working from home is harder. not true for myself but some feel like they are too distracted.
