      Hello and thank you for your feedback. RDI provides services to over 150 different clients. Because of this, each program is very different from the next, especially our healthcare programs. We often times have ramp-up/down periods when call volume is high or low. During this time we attempt to place our agents on programs that fit their needs based on schedule, work-from-home/on-site needs and skill level.       not enough pay xpo is terrible and customers give many thoughts of feedback regarding casper using a better in home delivery partner
