Pros
The ELL Well Culture. It is extremely inclusive and welcoming. ELL is one of the main reasons for staying with RDI. The people - I have never been so accepted on my 1st day at a job than with RDI.
Cons
The Health Insurance plans are too expensive. The pay is well under what should be for the level I am at. Supervisors and PMs don't take previous work experience into account. In my previous job I was a process analyst and a supervisor and am a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I have mentioned it to several supervisors and PMs and NO ONE has even asked me about what I can do to help. I was not trying to blow my own horn, but was letting them know I have skills that could be utilized. But no response was even given to me.
