      Pros

      Management was pretty decent at this location. Always willing to try and work with you. Overall culture was a lot of fun. They always did activities. Now they offer work from home for some projects.

      Cons

      The oxford location is not meant to be a call center. The building is extremely tiny and very loud. It makes it difficult to hear customers. Although now that they are work from home it doesn't seem to be an issue. Parking was another major issue. Parking lot not very big and you might have to park down the street at Walgreens. While the pay is above min. wage, it could still be higher.

      The culture, How they value EVERY employee, i witness them help my agent from getting evicted, they allow you to promote your business as well.

      Coworkers are great. Senior Vice President is great. Mid Level Management was helpful.

      Cons

      They lie about your future in the company. Very low wages/salaries. Not even comparable to average market values. They do not pay out your PTO, but will scorn you for using PTO. They put you in a position to do things that are out of place for your skills and then scorn you for doing it well. The director of my position and I never had a face to face conversation. They literally laughed at a colleague that asked for a raise with her PROMOTION. If they offer a raise, it takes weeks or months for to take place on your pay, with no retro pay. This is a place for students that want $11-$13 hourly. Very seldom can someone make a real pertussis career at RDI. I had high hopes, but they showed some true colors.
