Pros

Schedule - not too bad and usually can find something that works Work from home - new to 2020 but this is still nice Friendly coworkers

Cons

Pay is low and usually not enough for what you do/deal with No advancement opportunity unless you kiss butt Some supervisors are idiots and lazy but RDI still keeps them A lot of people slacking and making your job harder but RDI still keeps them to meet quota - quantity over quality

Thank you for your comment. At RDI we support many lines of business which allows us to have schedule flexibility when it comes to our production schedules. Many of our locations do offer work at home employment options (and we even provide the computer equipment). Pay can be based off previous work experience and some campaigns we even offer shift differential for later shifts.

Thanks for the comment. You are correct, being a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) we have many different lines of business we support. This can range from customer service, technical support, sales, email & web chat and more! At RDI we offer paid training for every campaign that we hire for and even can offer additional training to employees that might need/ask for it. Leadership handles weekly coaching sessions with their teams to ensure we are using best practices and to give positive feedback.
