      Thanks for your comment. At RDI we support many different lines of business which allows us to find the best fit for each individual. Our management teams take pride in coaching and being there for their teams in any aspect needed. When able we try to promote from within the organization and even have an internal job portal that all employees have access to view current growth opportunities.

      Pros

      People on ground level are great. Met a lot of my best friends in my time with RDI. Generally they hire anyone so go for it.

      Cons

      No Coaching. Shady practices that remain hidden from clients. Glad to say that if you stay quiet and just "take the abuse" it can be painless. Culture is a myth that's practiced by few even up top.
