4yThanks for the comment. You are correct, being a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) we have many different lines of business we support. This can range from customer service, technical support, sales, email & web chat and more! At RDI we offer paid training for every campaign that we hire for and even can offer additional training to employees that might need/ask for it. Leadership handles weekly coaching sessions with their teams to ensure we are using best practices and to give positive feedback.
