Working for RDI has made me open up more to wanting to learn new things. The leadership here is the best, if you want to move up in the company its completely possible as long as you have hard work and dedication to the job. the company offers plenty of of resources to either move up or become top notch on the job site. They are caring and very understanding as long as you keep good communication they help you through any problems you may face. Supervisors are wonderful and so is the whole team. one of the best places i have ever worked. If you are interested in coming here you should come and give us a try i promise we are some of the nicest and most outgoing people you will ever meet and you will love it just as much as I do..
