      Aside from offering medical , dental, vision coverage and a matching 401k you'll have the opportunity to work with different companies from all around the country! I've worked with medical finance, health insurance, surveys and sales! You also get a leadership team that wants you to succeed. We understand that we can't be successful if our agent's aren't successful. Our culture is unique and I can say that having worked in multiple call centers over the years. It's why I've stayed at RDI for over 9 years! We strive to promote from within so if you want to move up, let your leaders know so we can start showing you what it takes to get that promotion.
