Thank you for sharing your feedback on your time here. We work hard to make sure the work environment is top-notch. Our culture is Earning, Learning, and Living Well. We are able to be successful with this by hiring the right people who also fit our culture. Employee development is a huge part of RDI which means every person is given every opportunity to advance. It’s interesting that you mention the length of the phone calls. All of our positions are data driven and meeting certain performance standards is a way to gauge individual and team success. Our ongoing training and coaching is in place to make sure everyone is hitting their goals. But we want every employee to be able to easily determine how they are performing within our organization.
