The Ell Well culture at RDI is amazing and has kicked up the heat since COVID with online and virtual events for all the employees who are work from home. With everything going on within the world today the management team has done a great job ensuring everyone who can work from home can. I'm blessed that I work at a place where the business model can be more flexible than other places.

Thank you so much for sharing and thank you for your 5 years! RDI has always recognized that taking care of our employees is the key to being such a successful organization. We want to offer flexibility to ensure everyone has a schedule and work situation that suits each employee. We have a tremendous support staff that has provided Work At Home opportunities to those that need it. And thanks for pointing out the efforts we’ve made in the virtual world as well. Working from home is a big-time benefit to a lot of people but it can also give someone the feeling of being disconnected. RDI is using a combination of Facebook Live events, Zoom meetings, Chat Rooms, and more to make sure everyone feels part of the team.
