5yThank you for your review. The employment opportunities at RDI can vary drastically in the job itself as well as the candidate we are looking to hire. We do offer entry-level positions (which is a great way to get into a Contact Center without having a lot of experience) but we also offer more challenging roles that require strong communication and technical skills and the pay for that might be higher. We also have other positions within the company that require Insurance Licensing or Human Resources Experience or a specific IT skill. As a company we offer a variety of opportunities. We also pay competitively to the market as well as offering a strong Health Benefits package and even a 401K.
