      Pros

      Co workers become your second family, ELL well is one of my favorite things about this company because it brings people together (on site and WAH), If you want to make a career with this company you can make it happen if you put ALL of your effort in it.

      Cons

      Upper management chooses to release their honest hard working employees just because they're not willing to compromise ethics. Also, FAVORITISM is a huge thing. You can do whatever you can to do your job right but you're still in the wrong. They want you to go to them if we see issues on the floor or give suggestions.. They simply ignore and belittle.
