      Pros

      While the starting pay is on par with most entry level jobs, the opportunity for raises and advances exceeds what I've found elsewhere. You must be a go getter and assertive though as most positions are sales related, both inbound and outbound. The culture is second to none, people who really care about you, and fun events such as free tickets to Reds baseball games, Cyclones hockey games, and Miami Redhawk football, basketball, and hockey games.

      It's a grind. It's not a physically demanding job, but it does take a certain level of mental toughness

And you highlighted some of the specific ways that RDI tries to focus on Employee Engagement and working to connect people to our company. The other focus of our culture is Employee Development. We understand your daily duties are not as easy as an outsider may think, and that's why we ensure all employees participate in program and company-specific training, and then continued learning and development opportunities to set you up for long-term success. As you pointed out%E2%80%A6 positive energy and attitude are key attributes to finding success here. Our recommendation: consistent high energy and attendance coupled with loyalty will get you very far in an organization like RDI!

      Pros

      RDI is different from other companies in all the right ways They care about their production but also about their employees, so they make sure they exhaust every coaching and teaching opportunity to help us succeed. They have daily incentives and monthly outings for the whole building. They definitely try their hardest to implement fun into the workplace and they succeed.

      Cons

      Communication lacks between management members at times. Parking can be a hassle, needing to park sometimes all the way in Krogers.
