      Love working here! The pay is good and the people are amazing!

      There can be a little drama between some of the employees. Management does their best to bite it before it gets too far though.

      I've been an employee for about a year(second time around) and I can say I love the family culture at Rdi and how much they appreciate our hard work

      We love that you came back and that you love the family culture and appreciation here at RDI! We couldn’t agree more with that last sentence: RDI is only as good as our employees. Our supervisors and managers are reminded of this on a regular basis and we would not be in business for 40+ years if we did not heed those words.
