      Ell Well. Some great people in leadership who is very helpful. This job doesn't bug my anxiety much. I enjoy going to work and doing what i'm doing.

      Cons

      No clock in and you are only being paid while in ready status on the phone. This means the time it takes to sign into all programs and logout are on your time, not theirs. Employees are told they need to read their emails, but if the phone queue is busy and you only get paid during phone activity when do you have time? Going through work emails and signing into computer programs should be on the company's time. It's a constant worry if your hours are correct. Many people are missing hours on their check and that's in every campaign. Sharing desks!! If you have an issue with the person you share with you are told to email them. That seems like it could cause conflict between coworkers. It seems easier for a supervisor to havea talk with an employee about their mess. Health benefits are not good. Big turnover rate
