At RDI, in Latonia, from the time you walk in on your first day to the day you leave the RDI family you get the experience of working with positive, outgoing, and loving people every day. As an agent on the floor you get positive feed back and encouragement everyday by our management team and hard work never goes unnoticed. I believe, if you want to work somewhere great and love going to work everyday, this is the place to go.
Cons
Something that would be nice to have, is cheaper health insurance options. Also, a three time doctors note excuse with no points added, because I know some people really do get sick and at this point in time, we get pointed on our attendance for that. I also understand, that this is a corporate decision and is something that is in place for all RDI locations.
