Pros
RDI shows they really do care about their employees. From day one, you are treated like a member of the RDI family. I have been able to grow personally as well as professionally in the 5 years I have been with this winning organization and I couldn't be any more grateful to have the support and care of my co-workers and friends. RDI grows and grows each and every day and there is always an opportunity waiting for you if you really want it and are willing to put in the work. This company gives back to their people as well as the community and I am proud each morning I wake up to walk into these doors and seize each day as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
I don't have any cons to note here. If you are willing to gove 100% each and every day this company will give back and support whatever career path you want to take. You just have to WANT IT!
