Flexible scheduling, will work around school schedules, lots of opportunities

People are moved into management positions out of necessity and not always due to being the most qualified candidate.

Pros

Incredible place to learn and grow. You can gain and refine many skills by working at RDI. The people are fantastic. People here, from my experience, treat employees with significant respect. You are able to really bring any issue to your management staff and they are open to help and listen. I have seen more gratuity here at RDI in my time here than I have seen while in any other industry. There is an extreme focus on balancing work and real life issues.

Cons

It is a call center. The work is difficult and can be mentally draining. You can find new adversity to face on a day to day basis. All of these cons are however excellent towards anyone's development.
