Pros

RDI has been a fantastic place for me to grow, not only professionally, but also personally as well. The fact that they incorporate a culture that cares about their employees is one of the leading reasons I enjoy working there so much. EllWell in particular has greatly contributed to the way I feel about my job. The work experience I've gained since I've been here is miles above other jobs I have had. Management does a great job at keeping the employee's morale high, as well as teaching and leading the agents to success.

Nothing to complain about overall a great place.

Management will help and want you to do well. The environment is fairly conducive.

Cons

You're locking people into two year contracts and They pay little to nothing for you to do it. Eventually you start to feel bad about telling them the rehearsed lines you're given because you're not sure they're true.
