Pros

the oportunities and bennefits of the company, also the people care for each other and the profesional procedures that they have to become a succesful agent

Cons

the down sides of the company up to this point are a few because the company always renews its stratigical prosedures to become better all the time.

Pros

No drug tests, lots of free time between calls, you can use your phone all day, no micromanagement.

Cons

No growth, lingering cigarette smell all day everyday inside, alot of unprofessional, colleagues, management sucks and are clueless except 1 person.

I love my job and I work with a bunch of great people. It’s just not what I wanna do with my life.

Cons

It’s not what I wanna do for the rest of my life I wanna work in law enforcement and a great place to start out would be in security
