Pros

They take great care of their employees, first and foremost. They have staff set aside to make sure that the day to day experience is the best it possibly can be. The work is very easy-going. The scope of work is typically already laid out and known for the employee so that there are few-to-no surprises, and should something come up where the employee is unsure, the supervisor on duty will be more than happy to help.

Cons

You have to be able to work in a fast- paced environment and have the ability to take control over conversations while providing a high level of client care. If you cannot bring your A-game each day it may effect how you view your time here.

Pros

I love working for RDI because of the family culture. Many jobs only care about making money, but RDI cares about their employees overall. I've never worked for a company who has cared so much about my well being and me in general. RDI has so much room for advancement. I was only here for a year before I was moved up to a Team Lead, then another year to a Supervisor. Working here has given me so many different skills that I could use in the future. I couldn't thank everyone here enough for leading me to success.

Cons

Honestly, I don't really have any cons. I'm happy here.

Overflowing with positive culture and growth opportunities

Pros

If you come to work with your best foot forward and strive to do your best, it does not go unnoticed. There is an abundance of growth opportunities (both professionally and in title) for those who put the work in. The culture is dedicated to happy, healthy and engaged employees. I've never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees both at work, and in their home lives. At RDI you know you are cared about as a person, not just a number.

Cons

The workload gets to be a lot when you're climbing the ladder - but it's worth it.
