Pros

RDI has done nothing but given me opportunities to learn and grow inside and outside of the company. I have learned a wide variety of skills and I am always being pushed to do my best. I am a college student and like most my schedule is crazy. RDI has always done an awesome job working around my schedule when needed, and when personal things come up, they are more than understanding. I also work with some of the most amazing people I have ever met and have met life long friends here. I could go on and on about what RDI has done for my life.

Cons

I honestly dislike working Saturday's, but you are not always required to do so. It depends on your schedule and shift.

I have been working at RDI for a very long time. They have accommodated me throughout the years along with teaching me what there is to know about managing, teaching, hiring, etc.

Cons

We could always work on communication and structure. However that is a consistent while dealing with change. We are very adaptable.

Everyone one here is great to work with, from the people on the floor to upper management. We work hard but we have fun doing it.

Cons

There are not many cons I can think of other then if there is even one person not working with the team and pulling their weight then everyone feels it.
