      Pros

      -Easy to build friendships -Great co-workers -They're very good with working with you on your schedule -A lot of the management are absolutely fantastic and will help you grow, not just as an employee but also as an individual

      Cons

      -The company itself is not bad, it's just this specific location -Some of upper management are extremely unpleasant and don't care about you as an individual (no compassion what-so-ever) -Some of upper management do not know how to do their job completely, will also refuse to learn, and will push the tasks on agents / other management and then take all of the credit for it -You only move up if you know people / are friends with management -There are times where you will feel worthless as an employee

      Pros

      My favorite thing about RDI is that we're an involved workplace! As in we have fun events and opportunities, we get to know each other, and all that fun stuff. I love how we get snacks/drinks passed out throughout the week. Having weekends off, but also having the opportunity to work extra hours on the weekends is great as well!

      Cons

      The leniency here is both a pro and a con. Being in one spot all day is boring because I like to move around and it makes me sleepy, but it's easy.

      Pros

      I am able to work overtime when I want, as long as there is hours to work.

      Cons

      Happy to get 40 hours some weeks, depending on the work.
