Looking for immediate growth? Not!

Cons

Been at RDI over 2 years, with the now Site Manager, seems people now being given a position other than a phone agent, are employees he knows from another state, putting us locals on the back burner.

Pros

Very easy job. Lots of down time to read or do homework. First year you could get a dollar raise.

Cons

Can get boring. If the system crashes you have to leave early, without pay. You have to keep track of your hours manually on a piece of paper because it "glitches" and your time won't add up.
