      Pros

      RDI has been a great place for me to work, if you do well you will move up quickly and all of upper management shows appreciation for what you do. They are also fairly flexible with scheduling within reason as well as accommodating personal needs. The atmosphere is very lively and they let you participate in fun activities to make the work place an enjoyable place to be.

      Cons

      One thing i do recommend when coming into work is to get here as early as possible if working day shift as parking can be an issue. There seems to be more people employed then there are parking spaces, however there is an overflow parking lot next door but you will have to walk a bit to get here.

      Pros

      Everyone is almost guaranteed to get hired. I had no experience when I interviewed and left with a job making above minimum wage.

      Cons

      I was told I was being hired for an inbound customer service position. I was surprised to find out that was not the case on my first day of training. I was told they start everyone out making outbound sales calls and I would be transferred to inbound customer service in a few weeks at most. I spent the entire year doing outbound sales.

      Pros

      I've worked at RDI for nearly 2 years and love coming into work every day! there's plenty of room for moving up in the company and pay is great. MONEY!? FRIENDS!? SALES!?.....COME JOIN THE TEAM!!!!

      Cons

      thing are constantly changing, but your coach's / team leaders will push you to be the best
