Pros

Great co workers for the most part. Everyone is friendly and it is very laid back. Sometimes too laid back but it is the best call center I have worked at.

Cons

Management. They do not respond to their employees concerns as they should. Some TLs have a "I'm better than you are" attitude, supervisors just like the title they have after their name. They do not engage with their employees like most managers should be doing.

Bedbugs Pay Scheduling-Work based on the clients holidays Hours Management Did I mention BEDBUGS! Air works sometimes. Temperatures reach 90 degrees with no working A/C

Pros

RDI is not just a job it can be a career. A job is what you make of it, but Rdi gives you every opportunity to advance.

Cons

I have no cons with my job. If people come in and do what is expected of them there would be no issues.
