Pros

I have worked at RDI for over a year now, and have found excellent support from both coworkers and management. I have also been taught valuable skills that would be useful in many different career opportunities. If you put forth effort, come up with solutions to make your own job and your team's job easier, it is appreciated and acknowledged. Also, it seems to be a progressive, forward thinking company, with young people taking the reigns who are focused on creating a driven, yet pleasant atmosphere.

Cons

Call center struggles, sometimes shaky hours, a lot of high school aged employees.

Pros

The environment is great. The main reason I stay is because of the people I work with. We are a huge family. The opportunities we have to advance are real and the pay is amazing!

Cons

The only Con is not being able to get through to some of the agents that feel they don't need help. It is hard to help some one that doesn't believe they need it or want it to improve themselves. I am one who wants to help as many agents as possible to improve their performance and do the best they can on a daily.

Pros

RDI is an overall great place to work. The Ell Well Manager goes above and beyond to make everyone happy and that we have what we need to do our job. The atmosphere is very friendly and so energetic. It' s just an awesome place to be! They also plan events for the staff and their families for us to enjoy ourselves. If you are great with talking on the phone and helping customers this would be the best fit for you. The best call center ever!!!!

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about RDI.
