Pros

Love the people I work with and the opportunities RDI has given me. I cannot say enough about how great it has been to watch RDI evolve and how great it has been to evolve with it.

Cons

With how fast the company is growing, we need a better process to evaluate employees and move the right people to the right positions. We sometimes overlook the people who do not push to get ahead.
