Pros

If you are a child, this is better then McDonalds. If you are retired, this would better then a greeter at WalMart, maybe. If you are between these ages, you are looking at the wrong place and you would be wasting your time.

Cons

There is only three people who don't have a fake title. And these three people don't understand professionalism. Most of the supervisors are related to each other in some way, so there is basicaly no opportunities for advancement. Barking commands is the way of the day. This place reduces you to a scavenger for head sets, computers, and a place to sit. In fact I have come to believe that this place lowers your IQ. Probably not good to put on a resume.

Pros

I would only suggest Rdi to a children just stepping on the job scene under 18 years of age. The pay is around 9/hour and the schedule is flexible for after school hours.

Cons

This job has no oppurtunity for advancement. Do not go here if you want to advance on a degree. Management is very upproffessional. I would say 95% of the employees are smokers.
