Pros

I worked there for almost a year. During that time, I was on a dedicated project twice. The other times on shared were... okay. I enjoyed some of my coworkers. Like someone else said, 16-17 year olds in shared. Vending machine upgrade was nice.

Cons

Policies dumb. There are bedbugs at Rdi. They won't do anything about them, except if you complain, you are on unpaid leave until you have proof that you had your house fumigated. Didn't happen to me, but someone else. They have everyone so scared to even say the word bedbug... What I had to deal with was worse. I was on a certain technical project, got passed over to stay, went to shared, went back to the technical project, and after was off because they "couldn't find a spot." I was eventually given a spot in shared again, but I got a new job the next day.

Pros

There aren't any "Pros" to speak of. Honestly, I cannot think of any.

Cons

This list could take forever to write. I'll just sum it up by stating that the management is seriously corrupt and do not value hard work. I worked there over 5 years and never advanced, even after consistently receiving great reviews. You have to ask management for a performance review. If you do not get a review, then you do not get a raise. Also, it seemed like when I would request a review from management, they would always be "too busy" or reschedule multiple times (at which point most employees would just give up). Most of the employees who are in a supervisory or managerial role are family and/or friends of other managers. There is a serious nepotism problem. The list goes on. I need to stop here. My best advice is DO NOT work here unless you want your work-life to be a living hell.
